Story so far

John Lynch
MD

John is a commercially orientated Managing Director with specialism in Accounting and Reporting systems, Human Resources, Information and Telecommunications Technology, Compliance Procedures and Facilities.
A 15yr back ground carved out at Arthur Andersen as a Director of a practice in Scotland. He was later seconded to the Midlands practice to implement new working administration and accounting practices whist at the same time appointed senior manager for finance and administration for all regional offices of the Firm. John was then head hunted to be Operations Director by a then 18 Partner firm of solicitors which later through merger became a 38 partner Firm, FBC Manby Bowdler, to take full control of the day to day management and administration support of the Firm. Since then he has been in practice helping SMEs and private clients

SAMANTHA SHERWOOD B.Sc, FD.CICM.
HEAD OF VIRTUAL OFFICE

Sam heads up the Virtual Finance Office. A qualified credit manager and book keeper she has a passion of implementing and using cloud based systems to create efficiencies. A tech wizard she can create an eco system around you that will be a game changer especially for start ups and firms lacking back office functionality. Any size of organisation with any structure can be realigned and made to drive immense savings bottom line.
